Kris Jenner Breaks Her Silence on Sexual Harassment Claims By Her Ex-Security Guard

The former security guard of Kris Jenner has accused her of sexual harassment, and this is something that she doesn’t agree with.

Recently, Marc McWilliams who is Jenner’s security personnel has claimed that while working for Kris and her daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, he faced a lot of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and harassing misconduct.

In his lawsuit, McWilliams says, the misbehavior had taken place in May 2017 and goes on telling the type of harassment he faced including non-consensual physical contact and comments of an overtly sexual nature.

Marty Singer, the lawyer of Jenner has staunchly disagreed with the allegations made in the lawsuit. The 64-year-old media personality and her daughter Kourtney Kardashian vehemently refuse all the accusations put on them by Marc McWilliams, the former security guard. The allegations of McWilliams are clearly fake and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris also claims never to be inappropriate to him. The security company also stopped calling McWilliams for any work because he was caught many times sleeping in his car on the job.

Marty goes on saying “Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later. She is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”

McWilliams’ attorney, Sean Novak says in response, all these allegations in the lawsuit are because there are accurate facts and evidence. They have not filed any frivolous lawsuits. Their character talks for itself, and they would ever file a lawsuit on the basics of false accusations.

Novak added, “Mr. McWilliams is the victim here. The defendants are mobilizing their formidable PR machine to mount a smear campaign against an employee they mistreated. We look forward to litigating this in Court.”
